Platform & systems architecture
Internal developer platforms, paved roads, and multi-tenant, event-driven systems — designed so teams self-serve and the platform largely runs itself.
Platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, and delivery systems.
I build the foundational systems engineering teams depend on — consolidating sprawling, manual operations into reliable platforms that largely run themselves.

AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform. I bring infrastructure under code from near-zero coverage and build for self-healing reliability, SLOs, and observability.
Paved-road CI/CD, self-service tooling, and standardized workflows — plus mentoring that raises the engineering baseline across teams.
Platform systems I've designed and built, described by function — specifics on request.
Sole architect & implementer · Remembers
Bidirectional Salesforce synchronization with full per-tenant isolation across dozens of customer environments — each its own Terraform-provisioned stack. A self-healing, NOTIFY-driven recovery engine (concurrency-safe job claiming, idempotent upserts, backoff, dead-lettering) keeps hundreds of thousands of records a day in sync without manual intervention.
Primary maintainer · Remembers
A self-service platform that lets non-engineers provision full customer environments — orchestrating Terraform, EKS, and GitHub Actions across hundreds of environments at over a hundred deployments a day. Built the guided new-instance wizard and rebuilt the config editor for instant load.
Architected · Veriforce
A Kafka-based event bus as the system of record for core business entities across hundreds of microservices — replacing brittle point-to-point integrations with a single durable, replayable event log, scaled into a highly available deployment with automated failover for disaster recovery.
Always glad to talk platform architecture, reliability, and developer experience.
